Reservation / Deposit Policy
At the time of booking a
reservation, a $250 deposit is required. The balance is
payable the morning of the trip.
For
larger parties: A $250 deposit per boat is required.

Cancellation/Reschedule/Deposit Refund Policy
If we
are unable to run a booked trip (original or
rescheduled) due to unacceptable weather (actual
existing or forecasted to exceed 3 to 5 foot seas), or
due to mechanical or electrical boat failure, at your
option, you may receive a refund of the total deposit or
reschedule the trip (subject to availability).
Should
you cancel the trip (original or rescheduled) seven days
or less prior to the date of the trip, or if you do not
show up on your scheduled date, the deposit is
non-refundable. |
Payments
Charter payment must be
made by cash, Travelers Checks or money orders. Payment
by credit card (Visa/MC) can be made only if
arrangements are made prior to the date of your trip.
Personal checks are only accepted for deposits and
cannot be used to pay on the date of your trip.
